Installation Instructions

1) Drill a 1/2" hole in the counter top for the faucet, or use the hole provided for any existing accessory such as a sprayer or soap dispenser.

2) Thread the blue tube through the hole and tighten down the faucet housing using the enclosed washers and nut. Be sure to use the rubber washer on the top of the countertop or sink. Insert the handle into the brass "T" that is seen looking down at the faucet housing. The handle has a groove that allows it to slide into and across the "T". When the handle is in the correct position, the spigot will fit perfectly into the hole in the faucet housing.

3) Mount the filter clip to the back wall underneath the sink.

4) Clamp the saddle valve into the cold water supply line by tightening down on the adjustment nut. Once tight, turn the needle valve control to the right until you have punctured the pipe.

5) Connect the filter to both the saddle valve and faucet tubes by simply inserting the tubes all the way into the opening provided, paying attention to the flow arrows marked on the filter. (To remove the filter, press the collar at the filter opening towards the filter and pull on the tube)

6) Place the filter into the clamp. It will snap into place.

7) Lift up the faucet control handle into the up position.

8) Open the needle valve control slowly (turn counter clockwise) until the water begins to flow slowly out of the faucet. Let run for several minutes or until all of the carbon dust is flushed from the filter - until clear.

9) Need help? Call 1.800.929.2626 between the ours of 9am and 5pm (EST)

For the best filtration allow the water to flow slowly. The longer the water has contact with the filter media, the better job it is doing. The filter is rated at 1/5 gallons per minute. Enjoy!
